A taste of Bali at Kayun cooking school

In Balinese, kayun means “heart” or “feeling”, so today, you will have the opportunity to throw yourself into traditional Balinese cuisine, where the food is prepared with love for the fresh, local produce. A fun experience for children and adults of all ages.

The excursion starts in the morning with a visit to the market where, together with a chef, you find the ingredients you’ll be using for today’s cooking. Back at the cooking school, you start out by learning a little about the classic Balinese cooking methods before embarking on conjuring up some delicious dishes.

Finally, you can reap the rewards of your work when you sink your teeth into the wonderful flavours.
