The main restaurant, Green Bay Restaurant, is an outdoor restaurant that all day serves dishes from both the East and the West, as well as delicious fish and shellfish dishes. The restaurant is also where the lavish breakfast buffet is served. Coral Bay Restaurant sits by the water’s edge and offers snacks and small, healthy dishes made with local ingredients. This is also where you can enjoy the sunset with a “sundowner” drink on the porch, and when dinner is served in the evening, the emphasis is on the Vietnamese kitchen. At the water’s edge, you will also find Rock Bay Restaurant and Bar, which focuses on fish, shellfish, global gastronomy and cocktails. What all the restaurants have in common is that they use organic ingredients, including herbs and vegetables from their own gardens.
