With our confidence guarantee, you receive:
- Price guarantee: If you find a comparable tour at a lower price elsewhere, we’ll match it and give you an extra £100 per person as a discount.
- Fixed price: Once you’ve booked, your price is set. There are no unexpected bills.
- Full refund: If, at least 14 days before departure, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office advises against travelling to your destination.
- Free changes to your tour: Up to 60 days before departure.
The Book with Confidence Guarantee applies when you book a new tour by 30 September 2025, and covers all tours with departure dates in 2025, 2026 and 2027.

Full refund of your tour
We will refund the full amount of your tour if the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office advises against travel to your destination no earlier than 14 days before your departure. You will receive your refund within 14 days of cancellation.
Price guarantee – your reassurance on price
For us, tours are not about being the cheapest, but about creating memories that last. Our aim is always to give you the best value for your money, and you can rest assured you’ll get the best tour at the best price with us.
If you find a comparable tour at a lower price, simply contact us before you book and share the offer with us. Provided the itinerary, departure date, hotel-standard and flights that are equivalent, and we will match the price and give you an additional discount of £100 per person.
Fixed price
Once you’ve booked, you can sit back and look forward to your tour. The price is locked in – you won’t receive any surprise bills for things like airline fuel surcharges or other extras. Any costs not included in the price of your tour are clearly described in the itinerary and our practical information page.
Change your tour up to 60 days before departure free of charge
With the free change option, you can, absolutely free of charge:
- Rebook your tour to a new departure date right up to 60 days before departure.
- Rebook to another tour and departure date right up to 60 days before departure.
- Rebook to tours in five different continents. Take your pick of all our tours to Africa, Asia, Latin America, North America and Oceania.
You can, for example, book a tour departing on 20 June 2026 and change it free of charge right up until 21 April 2026.
The first time it costs nothing to rebook to a new tour or move the departure date. However, if the price of the new tour or departure date is higher than the original, you will have to pay the difference. If you have paid additional supplements to upgrade from the standard flight (e.g. to Business Class), that upgrade cost is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a new booking.
If you rebook your tour more than once or with less than 60 days before departure a rebooking charge applies.
In order for us to accept your rebooking you must select the new travelling date and the new tour (if applicable) and confirm this with us. We shall then rebook your tour accordingly.
