Morning Dew Hotel

Morning Dew Hotel enjoys a wonderful location in the lush and picturesque highlands of Sri Lanka among tea plantations and cascading waterfalls. There is fresh mountain air and a unique tranquillity here. From its elevated position, the hotel affords a completely amazing view of Ella Gap, Little Adams Peak and Ella Rock.

It is possible to walk down to Ella’s cosy main street, but you should be aware that the road is very steep.

The rooms are appointed with large panoramic windows and a balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains. All rooms offer Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a TV, a telephone, tea and coffee-making facilities, a minibar, a safe, a hairdryer and a bathroom.

The hotel also has its own small à la carte restaurant, which serves both international and local dishes. The bar serves refreshing drinks, local tea or freshly brewed coffee, which you can enjoy on the roof terrace while the sun goes down over the horizon.

In 2020, a swimming pool was built at Morning Dew. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better view than this!
