The street kitchens of Ho Chi Minh City – evening

Gain a unique insight into the culinary side of Ho Chi Minh City on this guided evening tour through the heart of the city, which allows you to sample Vietnam’s unique and wonderful food.

The guide takes you around to the small pop-up restaurants and street kitchens where the locals often eat dinner. These small pop-up restaurants are not there during the day and so can only be experienced in the evening.

Sit on one of the low stools and taste of a selection of Vietnamese favourites such as meat skewers grilled over an open fire, noodle dishes or the classic Vietnamese sandwich “banh me”. Are you brave enough to taste the spicy pancake-like dish “banh xeo” or a rice paper pizza?

Once you’ve had your fill of all the interesting dishes you will then be driven back to your hotel after a fun and exciting evening where you have got to know the Vietnamese and their food culture a little better.
