Hotel Lomas del Volcán

Lomas del Volcán sits in scenic, peaceful surroundings about an 8-minute drive from La Fortuna. From almost anywhere on the grounds, you can see the impressive Arenal Volcano towering majestically over the landscape.

There are 82 charming wooden cabins spread across the 150-hectare property. All cabins come with air conditioning, a safety box, a TV, a minibar, tea- and coffee-making facilities, and Wi-Fi. Each cabin also has two terraces: one with views of the Arenal Volcano and the other opening directly onto the lush garden filled with tropical flowers.

The hotel has its own nature trail on the grounds that you can explore independently. The approximately 1.5 km route offers the chance to spot wildlife such as monkeys, iguanas, and several bird species.
