Praro Amboseli Camp

Welcome to Praro. The camp has a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of space both in the tents and the communal areas. One of our absolute favourite spots here is the pair of campfire areas, perfectly positioned for views over the camp’s own waterhole.

The camp features 46 spacious tents, which can be arranged with either a double bed or twin beds, and there are also family tents offering extra space. Each tent is built on a raised platform and has its own bathroom with both hot and cold showers. The design is bright and functional, with a desk, seating area, and tea and coffee facilities. From your private veranda, you can unwind and take in the surroundings between the day’s adventures.

The shared areas include a restaurant, bar, and lounge, all set in open and inviting surroundings. Meals are served buffet-style or as live cooking, and there’s plenty of room for gathering before and after your safari. The camp also has a swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing break during the day.
