Join a culinary adventure in Siem Reap.
Your guide will pick you up from the hotel, and together you’ll travel through the city streets in a remork, also known as a tuk tuk.
The first stop is a local market brimming with fresh produce. This is where locals shop for their daily meals, creating a lively and bustling atmosphere. Taste juicy grilled meats and steaming noodle dishes and enjoy a cold local beer along the way.
As night falls, you’ll continue to the city’s night market. Wander among the stalls and indulge in a variety of Khmer specialities. The air is filled with the scent of grilled food and spices, while local families gather around small dishes. If you’re feeling adventurous, try crispy crickets or tender frog legs.
The evening ends with dinner at a popular Khmer restaurant owned by a Cambodian chef who reimagines traditional cuisine. Classic dishes are served with both respect for tradition and a modern touch, and you’ll also have the chance to sample local rice wine.
Afterwards, you can either continue your evening in Siem Reap or return to your hotel, enriched with new flavours and a glimpse into everyday life in Cambodia.
