The current situation in the Middle East means that the airlines Qatar Airways, Emirates and Etihad Airways have temporarily cancelled many of their flights – initially until 30 April.
The wellbeing of our guests is our highest priority, and we are closely monitoring the situation with both the airlines and our local partners. We are also doing our utmost to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
Guests currently at one of our destinations
Guests who are currently at one of our destinations and awaiting their return journey will be contacted as soon as possible with updated information about their new flights home.
Guests with planned flights
We are in the process of contacting all guests who have planned flights with the above-mentioned airlines. Our priority is to reach those with the earliest departures first – that is, guests travelling until 30 April. Guests with departures from 1 May onwards are kindly asked for their patience.
