Perched on the edge of Pacific Rim National Park, overlooking the wild and dramatic Pacific coastline, you’ll find the small town of Ucluelet. Right next to the charming marina lies the Canadian Princess Lodge & Marina. From the lodge’s jetty, you’ll be treated to a fantastic view of the harbour, where you can take in the atmosphere of this tight-knit coastal community, with fishing, tour boats, and kayaking adventures all setting out from here. It’s also not unusual to spot dolphins swimming near the boats, and if you’re lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of orcas making their way into the marina.
The small town centre is just a short stroll away, offering a modest selection of cosy eateries, a local brewery, a grocery store, and a handful of shops featuring locally crafted goods.
You’re only 1.5 kilometres from the famous Big Beach in Pacific Rim National Park, or a 10-15 minute drive from Wickaninnish, Combers, and Long Beach, where you can enjoy long walks along the shore or simply sit back and watch surfers patiently waiting to catch their next wave.
The Canadian Princess Lodge & Marina is built in a rustic lodge style and offers a total of 46 rooms. Each room is decorated to reflect the lodge’s exterior, featuring understated colours and decor inspired by the local culture and history.

The lodge boasts its own restaurant, which welcomes both hotel guests and locals. Here you can savour fresh, local seafood alongside a range of international dishes, with the added bonus of enjoying your meal with views over the marina.
