Hôtel Château Laurier Québec
Hôtel Château Laurier Québec is perfectly situated in the heart of Québec City, right on the bustling Grande Allée. Step outside and you’ll find yourself surrounded by historic buildings and the lively atmosphere of the street, filled with music and people soaking up the ambience around the historic Plaines d’Abraham park. Several museums are located close by, offering fascinating insights into the city’s past. From the hotel, you’re just a 15-minute walk from one of the city’s iconic landmarks, the grand Château Frontenac, and only 10 minutes from the historic city walls of the old town, Vieux-Québec.
The hotel features a total of 271 rooms, all decorated in a simple and contemporary style. Each room comes with amenities such as a TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, a mini fridge, a writing desk, and a private bathroom with free toiletries and a hairdryer.
After a day spent exploring the city’s charming cobblestone streets, you can unwind at the hotel’s indoor saltwater pool, two outdoor jacuzzis, sauna, or fitness centre, which is open 24 hours a day. And if you’re in need of a little extra pampering, massage treatments are also available to book locally.
The hotel does not have a traditional restaurant, but features a wine bistro with a self-service dispenser and works together with nearby restaurants for those keen to explore Canadian cuisine. If you fancy a light snack or a drink, the hotel’s 24-hour kiosk is at your disposal.
Parking is available at the hotel for a fee (approximately 25 CAD per day for self-parking and around 30 CAD per day for valet parking.)
