Cariblue Beach & Jungle Resort

Just a few minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Playa Cocles beach lies the charming Cariblue Beach & Jungle Resort. Surrounded by lush, green jungle, the resort offers you a delightful combination of tropical nature and laid-back beach relaxation.

The resort is divided into two sections – one inspired by the jungle, where you’re surrounded by tall trees and vibrant greenery, and another inspired by the nearby Playa Cocles beach, where the atmosphere is light and airy. Both areas share the same relaxed vibe, and the rooms are decorated in a Caribbean style using natural materials. The 48 rooms all feature air conditioning and a ceiling fan, a private bathroom, a flat-screen TV, a mini-fridge, and a safety box. Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort and in all rooms.

The resort is particularly popular among wildlife enthusiasts, as it’s not uncommon to spot frogs, monkeys, and colourful birds while strolling along its pathways. If you’re lucky, you might even catch sight of a sloth among the treetops – one of the great joys of staying right in the heart of nature.

If your plans call for relaxation, you can bask in the sunshine by one of the hotel’s two pools. By the cosy pool area, you’ll find the resort bar, serving refreshing drinks for most of the day. When hunger strikes, you can head to one of the hotel’s two restaurants. La Jungla is the resort’s main restaurant, offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The kitchen serves an exciting fusion of Caribbean and Mediterranean-inspired dishes. Down by the beach, you’ll find the resort’s second restaurant, Sushi Wave, which, as the name suggests, specialises in sushi and other seafood dishes – all served with a fabulous view of the sea.
