Evening excursion in the rainforest

Experience the transformation of the rainforest as darkness falls and an array of exotic animals and insects become most active. On this guided night walk, led by an experienced nature guide, you’ll have a unique opportunity to explore the jungle after dark and gain remarkable insight into the nocturnal life of the rainforest.

Along the way, your guide will reveal the secrets of this complex ecosystem, introducing you to the distinctive sounds, sights, and scents that define the forest’s nocturnal inhabitants.

You’ll hear fascinating stories about the reptiles, amphibians, insects, and spiders that call the rainforest home – many of which are best spotted in the peace and quiet of the night. Typical sightings include moths, frogs, sleeping birds, owls, opossums, and other creatures living among the calm, central layers of the forest canopy.

There are several walking trails in the area, although access depends on the weather conditions and the current state of the paths.
