Nikko Nara

Nara

In the heart of Japan’s former capital, Hotel Nikko Nara welcomes you with traditional, sophisticated interiors. From here, you can easily explore the city’s sights on foot and later return to peaceful surroundings to enjoy the hotel’s excellent facilities and the team’s warm hospitality after a day full of discoveries.

Hotel Nikko Nara is set right in central Nara, just a stone’s throw from the city’s main railway station. You’re also only about a 30-minute stroll from Nara Park and the Tōdai-ji temple, with shops and eateries right on the doorstep. Despite the central location, the atmosphere is wonderfully tranquil.

As standard, you’ll stay in a Standard room. Expect understated décor, comfortable beds, and a wealth of amenities, including a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a mini fridge with mineral water, a safety box, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a Japanese tea set. The bathroom is equipped with a washlet toilet, hairdryer, slippers, a shower, and a well-stocked selection of toiletries.

As a guest at Hotel Nikko Nara, you’ll enjoy complimentary access to their serene sentō. The bathwater is enriched with the natural mineral Komeiseki, so the Japanese bathhouse offers a restorative experience designed to help your body recover. There’s also a fitness area plus spa and massage facilities, so you can keep in shape and enjoy a little extra well-being.

During your stay, you can also look forward to breakfast at the hotel’s main restaurant, one of four dining venues, all of which pay tribute to Japan’s culinary traditions. Next to the hotel lobby, you’ll also find an exclusive lounge with complimentary access to a selection of drinks, ranging from coffee, black tea, and juices to local Nara sake and wine.
