Auckland dinner-cruise (evening)

Join us on an unforgettable dinner cruise, where you’ll experience the “City of Sails” from the water aboard a sailing boat as the sun slowly sets over Auckland.

You will be welcomed on board with a welcome drink and delicious canapés to enjoy as the boat gently departs the quay and heads towards Waitematā Harbour. The crew provides an engaging introduction to Auckland’s history, the harbour’s significance, and of course the city’s iconic landmarks, which you will pass along the way – including the impressive Auckland Harbour Bridge.

When hunger calls, the boat will anchor, and you will be served a three-course dinner prepared by a local restaurant. You can choose to enjoy the meal in the fresh sea air on the deck or retreat inside to the cosy cabin. There is a bar on board where you can purchase various drinks, including locally-produced wine and beer.

After dinner, the journey returns towards the harbour. You can choose to actively participate in the sailing with the crew or simply sit back and enjoy the fantastic views of the city and its skyline, slowly illuminated by thousands of lights as the sun sets.

Start and end location: Booking kiosk, Auckland’s Viaduct Harbour (address and time are stated on your voucher). Please note, you need to arrange your own transport to and from the start location.

Duration: Approximately 2.5 hours.

Group size: Maximum 18 people.

Remember to bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, flat shoes, and a camera.

Please note: The tour departs year-round. A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to proceed. If this minimum is not met, you will, of course, receive a refund. This tour is not suitable for children under 5 years old. Remember to inform us about any allergies or preferences regarding food and drink when booking the excursion.
