HomeDay trip to Phang Nga Bay by speedboat

Day trip to Phang Nga Bay by speedboat

Today is spent at the beautiful Phang Nga Bay, located between Phuket and the Thai mainland. This is one of the most beautiful bays in all of Thailand. Limestone rocks rise vertically from the clear, blue-green water – in some places completely bare, in others overgrown with bushes and trees, which are home to both monkeys, lizards and lots of birds.

You are picked up at your hotel and driven to the pier, where you climb aboard a speedboat that brings you to some of the bay’s greatest sights. Among other places, you will visit Talu Cave and the islands of Panak and Koh Hong. In several places, you have the opportunity to go canoeing if you wish, and it goes without saying that you also get to see Koh Tapu, better known as James Bond Island, made famous by the film “The Man with the Golden Gun”.

Finally, you go ashore on Koh Khai Nai, where you can snorkel directly from the beach. Enjoy the warm water, the beautiful corals and the lovely afternoon sun before returning to Phuket late afternoon.

Duration: approx. 6-7 hours

This excursion is also open to guests other than TourCompass’ own guests.
